Digital Marketing Manager | 4 Years of Experience - San Francisco

Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field; master's degree or certification preferred
• • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech or consulting industry
• • Demonstrated experience and expertise in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and platforms, such as website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising
• • Proficient in digital marketing tools and software, such as WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, or Mailchimp
• • Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to create and deliver engaging and persuasive digital content
• • Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to measure and report on the digital marketing performance and impact
• • Creative, innovative, and strategic thinker, with the ability to generate and implement new and effective digital marketing ideas and solutions
• • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment, and manage multiple projects and deadlines

Responsibilities:

• • Develop and implement digital marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company's goals and objectives
• • Manage and optimize the company's website, social media, email, SEO, SEM, and display advertising campaigns, and ensure consistency and quality of the digital content and messaging
• • Monitor and analyze the performance and effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns, using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or Mailchimp
• • Generate and present reports and dashboards on the digital marketing metrics and KPIs, such as traffic, conversions, leads, and revenue
• • Identify and evaluate new and emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into the digital marketing strategies as appropriate
• • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to create and deliver engaging and compelling digital content, such as blogs, videos, infographics, and webinars
• • Coordinate with the product and sales teams to ensure alignment and integration of the digital marketing campaigns and initiatives with the product launches and sales goals
• • Manage and oversee the digital marketing budget and resources, and allocate them efficiently and effectively
